A chef led food and coffee house built on craft and flavour.
We do two things really well: gourmet sandwich coffee bars for the city streets and laid back neighbourhood lounges where you can slow down, sip, and share small plates.
The square is our own focaccia baked fresh and filled big.
The fair is our Welsh roasted, fair trade coffee, created to our exact spec.

At Square + Fair we take our bread very seriously. Bread or dead is not just a tagline, it is a lifestyle choice. Our focaccia is the heart and soul of everything we do and we are genuinely obsessed with it. Imagine the soft bounce of a crumpet meeting the character and depth of a sourdough loaf, all baked in the spirit of classic focaccia. The result is a warm, toasty, flavour soaked dream that turns every sandwich into an experience. The texture, the aroma, the way it hugs every filling just right. This bread is our identity and the foundation that makes our sandwiches what they are. We built our menu around it for a reason and once you taste it you will understand exactly why.

Sure we are obsessed with our great coffee that is roasted in Wales, But At Square + Fair we take our matcha seriously also. Our matcha makers prepare it with real attention to detail so every cup has the depth, colour and balance it deserves. We use high quality matcha, whisked properly and served with intention.
You will also find it in our in store cans, a simple way to give the drink a consistent and elevated presentation that feels uniquely ours.
Matcha is a core part of what we do and we treat it with the same care as everything else on our menu. Clean flavour, smooth texture and a standard we keep every day.
