Our senior team is built around people who are obsessive about coffee, passionate about food, devoted sandwich lovers and completely committed to matcha.

 

Nick leads the team with the vision for the brand. Nick a chef himself for over 25 years, sets the tone, shapes the strategy for growth across the UK and works with Caradog and Tom to develop the menus they then bring to life.

Roxy is the Chief Commercial Officer for the Curious Food Group. With over 10 years of hospitality experience, Roxy brings a wealth of knowledge & experience to Square + Fair.

Matt oversees the day to day operations of our stores and works closely with his teams, focusing on training, standards and shaping the guest experience.

Julie takes care of all things financial, from managing budgets to keeping our suppliers paid and happy.

And Mike leads our new location, Wellfield Rd, with the same energy and attention that defines the whole team.

Together they form the backbone of Square + Fair and help bring the brand to life every day.
