Over the past decade, he’s built a reputation for spotting gaps in the market and turning them into thriving businesses. From high-end events to contract catering, he’s made his mark across different sectors of hospitality, always driven by a passion for incredible food and a knack for creative, chef-led concepts.
Square + Fair is his latest venture, born out of a simple but powerful idea: Cardiff deserves a better lunch. Nick saw the city’s breakfast and lunch scene missing something—something fun, fresh, and full of flavor. So, he brought his expertise, his love for bold food, and his commitment to quality together to create the go-to spot for giant, flavor-packed focaccias and ethically sourced, fair-trade coffee.
